You can insert an image for any in-video question type in your video. Open the question creator, choose your question type, and click "Add Image"

Images must be hosted somewhere online (imgur, flickr, imgbb, are all free) in order for the image to show in the question. This means the image URL should end in .png

Copy the image URL from your hosting website and paste it in the Image URL textbox.

Now your image will show up with your in-video question when the question pops up in the video.
