To change a thumbnail on your video:
Go to the contacts menu by clicking in the top right corner of your video, and choose "manage thumbnail."
From here, you can drag and drop a new file that will be uploaded to the video, or click the icon to manually choose a file.
When your grid refreshes, you'll see the new thumbnail displayed on your video.
