VidGrid currently supports the ability for users to upload videos that are on a personal computer to their online VidGrid account. In order for your video to process correctly, please make sure the video is in one of the following formats:

Video File Types:
.avi
.mov (H.264)
.wmv
.mp4
.flv
.m4v
.mpg
.mpeg
.mpe
.m4v
.3gp
.3g2
.webm
.mkv
.mts
.ogv
.ogg

Audio File Types:
​.mp3

If you have the correct file type and are still experiencing issues, please reach out in the in-app chat or contact your account manager. Please note that some uploads may take longer than others.
