Recorder help for support clients:

VidGrid allows you to record a video of issues for support representatives of companies who have integrated our record button into their support site.

If the recorder is having connection problems, please check your connection, return to the page you originally clicked Record on, and relaunch from there.

If your video did not process or upload correctly, open the recorder and select "Open Video Save Folder" under More, and find the latest video file. Watch part of the video to make sure that the file has processed correctly, then contact the support team to upload the video.

If your file is not there or did not process correctly, you will have to re-record your video.

Recorder help for students:

VidGrid allows professors to send you a Record Link, or put a Record button in your LMS (this could include Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, Sakai, D2L, etc) so you can make videos for classes without needing an VidGrid account.

If the recorder is having connection problems, please check your connection, return to the page you originally clicked Record on, and relaunch from there.

If your video did not process or upload correctly, open the recorder and select "Open Video Save Folder" under More, and find the latest video file. Watch part of the video to make sure that the file has processed correctly, then go back to your Record Link page to upload the file.

If your file is not there or did not process correctly, you will have to re-record your video.
